By using TinySage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer

TinySage is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. The AI assistant provides general information and pattern analysis only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by TinySage.

In case of emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

3. Service Description

TinySage provides:

• Baby care event tracking (feeding, sleep, diaper, etc.)
• AI-powered insights and pattern analysis
• Chat-based AI assistant for baby care questions
• Multi-caregiver collaboration

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You must not use TinySage as a replacement for medical care
• You must keep your account credentials secure
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

TinySage uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate responses, insights, and recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

The AI references general pediatric guidelines (including Wonder Weeks developmental research and standard feeding/sleep norms) but does not have access to your specific medical records or your baby's complete health history.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep TinySage available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of TinySage is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TinySage is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
